NOTE: a technical incompatibility exists between Internet Explorer and recent versions of the browser plug-in for QuickTime. When this occurs, you will receive this error message: "An error occurred inside a plug-in contained on this page" and "The plug-in did not initialize properly." The only way to resolve this error is to close and re-open Internet Explorer. The problem does not occur in the Firefox browser if you'd like to downloand & use that browser instead.
