Guiding Our Future
Our Campuses
Tennessee State University is comprised of:
- two campuses (main and downtown),
- a small farm and research grounds,
- and an agricultural research center.
Our Services
Our office provides a variety of services to:
- develop the TSU campus,
- offer input and data to the TSU administration,
- provide direction to external clients
- and serve the students, faculty, staff, and community,
- and provide the best possible environment for learning and everyday life.
We work collaboratively with all of these constituents as customers first and foremost; customer service is our focus.
Construction & Maintenance
Planning, Design, & Construction (PDC) provides capital construction and maintenance in collaboration with state agencies, in-house facility projects managed locally, and a wide reaching collection of facilities development activities. This includes many processes such as:
- creating and managing the Facilities Master Plan (supporting the Strategic Plan and Academic Master Plan),
- maintaining many in-depth databases which track all aspects of our facilities,
- and helping each person on campus with wayfinding and traffic signage, ADA accessibility, and the utmost in safe and secure conditions.
