Office of Student Activities Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Student Activities is to provide programs and services that enrich students’ intellectual, ethical and social development.  The office supports programs that promote learning opportunities in personal growth, self-governance, social responsibility, and leadership development while assisting in the retention and graduation of students.

ARE YOU A LEADER? Develop your leadership skills in Student Government Association, the Graduate Student Association, or in our many departmental organizations. Acknowledge your academic achievements by participating in our numerous national honor societies.     

LIKE MUSIC? Sing out in University Choir, ShowStoppers, TSU Meistersingers, and Gospel Choir of TSU. Or show off your slick riffs in Jazz Ensemble, The Aristocrat of Bands Marching Band, and concert bands.

THEATER? Strut your stuff in Brown Bag Theatre. Express your eloquence in Forensics Society, T.E. Poag Players, or Literary Guild. Find a spiritual home in our many religious groups.
