ASMI Program Overview

ASMI_Overview

The All-Star Mathematics Institute (ASMI) is a free program that focuses on improving mathematical skills and increasing retention in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines. The ASMI program is a collaboration between Tennessee State University (TSU; freshman and sophomore) and high schools in Nashville and surrounding areas.

Between September 2024 and April 2025, students will participate in 8 Saturdays of 2 sessions (Fall 2024 and Spring 2025). Students who successfully complete the Fall and Spring sessions will receive up to a $200 stipend per session. Session dates for Spring 2025 will be January 25, February 15, March 22, and April 26.
