Welcome to my faculty website. My research interests lie in the areas of:
- career development of African Americans and STEM students;
- validation of career measures for African American students;
- mid-life career changes; and
- personality and diagnosis/treatment of psychological disorders.
I also teach at the masters and doctoral level in areas of statistics/research methods, theory/intervention, career, and consultation/program evaluation.
