STEP 4:

The PI/PD will need to work diligently on assembling the Proposal Package. This includes reading the full announcement, downloading any needed web related materials, preparing a budget, and, obtaining any necessary documentation (e.g. letters of support and/or collaboration, CV's and biographical sketches of persons significant to the project).

RSP's PROPOSAL PREPARATION FACT SHEET will provide much of the information generally requested on the agency application.
