How to submit your Transcript!
Official Transcripts, mail to: Office of Admissions, 3500 John A. Merritt Blvd, Nashville, TN 37209
Unofficial Transcripts, fax or email a copy to: 615-963-2930 or admissions@tnstate.edu
Transcript(s) from high schools and prior undergraduate institutions: Please scan and attach your unofficial transcript(s), or a copy of your official transcript(s), to your application. Note: Unofficial transcripts are accepted for the application. We understand that requesting official transcripts can be expensive, so we only require official, sealed transcripts if you are admitted to enroll at Tennessee State University.
