BLANK SCREEN

Help!  I get a blank screen when I try to edit my web page!

Please note that Modern Campus CMS doesn’t yet work with Internet Explorer 10 (IE10).  Certification tests are still being performed by Omniupdate to make this possible.

Therefore, if you’re running IE 10 on your computer, please use Firefox (instead of IE 10) to edit your Modern Campus CMS web pages. 

You may download and install Firefox using this link.  It only takes like 3 or less minutes.

To check what version of Internet Explorer you are using, do this: 
http://www.nccei.org/blackboard/ieversion.html .

 

ON THE LIVE SITE, I'M SEEING OLD/REPLACED IMAGES
(OR OLD VERSIONS OF DOCUMENTS)

You probably just need to clear the cache in your browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc).....so that your browser no longer shows old content on websites.

How to Clear Your Browser Cache

The following instructions will clear the old images and old documents from your browser's cache.  

1) First, check which browser version you have by using these instructions:
     See what browser version I'm using>>
      
     (Take note of which version you have.)

2) Then clear your cache, based on which version you have. Clear my cache>>

(By the way, re-booting your PC will also clear your browser cache.)

NOTE: A good habit to get into is to re-boot your PC each day.  That way, you’ll know that you are starting with a cleared PC and browser cache each day.
