Mission Statement
The Office of Customer Relations at t he Tennessee State Uni versity (TSU) serves as a liaison for customers including but not limited to our students, alumni, employees, and other stakeholders . We assist customers with inquiries, needs, and concerns within the TSU infrastructure. By striving for excellence, th is office works to ensure TSU is a place that evokes a sense of pride for all its customers.
Vision Statement
The Customer Relations Department aspires to support the voices of our customers seeking problem resolution and forward movement. Operating within an atmosphere of open communication and transparency, we strive for excellence in time efficiency, with effective resolutions and/or explanations.
