CONFERENCE LOGISTICS

Although we would have loved to be able to meet you all in person, we look forward to seeing you online at this year's first virtual HBCU Agricultural Student Conference! The conference will be organized over a dedicated Zoom server where we will post links to sessions for oral/poster presentations, keynotes, and workshops on Zoom.

Below, please find information regarding the structure of the oral and poster sessions, along with information to download Zoom. If you experience difficulties uploading your oral presentation or e-poster, please contact hbcuagric.studentconference@gmail.com for assistance.

Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be hosted in separate Zoom rooms (links provided in the Main Zoom Room).   

Please submit information regarding your oral presentation to the DropBox link provided to you via email as Oral, Underscore, Your Last Name, Period and First Name Initial. (e.g., oral_Smith.Z)

Poster Sessions
Poster sessions will be hosted in separate Zoom rooms (links provided in the Main Zoom Room). Each presenter will have a designated time provided by the moderator for the presentation followed by a question-and-answer session.    

Please submit your poster as a PDF, Word document, or single PowerPoint slide to the DropBox link provided to you via email, as: Poster, Underscore, Your Last Name, Period, and First Name Initial. (e.g., poster_Jones.D)
