In this tour, participants will head towards Stony Creek Colors production facility located at Springfield, TN, which is 30 miles N of the hotel. This farm is dedicated to the production of bio- based dyes partnering with farmers, mills and brands helping to transform the fashion industry and the world for a sustainable future. The second stop on this tour will be Beachaven Vineyards & Winery in Clarksville, TN, which is 25 miles NE from Stony Creek Colors. Tour no. 2 (Reservations)
Noble Springs Dairy
and
Green Door Gourmet
Our second tour will head to Noble Springs Dairy farm (32 miles S) recognized for its high quality cheese and many other dairy items from free-range goats. The farm includes several valleys and natural springs protected by a conservation easement. Their products are available to purchase in local stores (Kroger- Franklin Pike, Whole Food Market- Green Hills) as well as online. For more information, please visit:

After this, we will head towards Green Door Gourmet (22 miles N), which is on the way back to the hotel. This 350 acre organic farm run by 25 employees is enriched with a variety of fruits, flowers, vegetables and herbs. They have been awarded with Best Urban Farm/ Best Field Trip- Writers Choice in 2014 and Best CSA/Local Produce- Readers Poll in 2015 and second best in that poll for 2016. Delvin Farms
and
Arrington Vineyards
Our third tour will head towards Delvin Farm (28 miles S) with it 120 acres of rolling landscape, producing all certified organic fruits, vegetables and grass fed meats. Established in 1972, it is one of the oldest farms in Tennessee and home to 2 generations of family farmers. The farm participates in 5 of the Farmer’s Markets in Nashville and surrounding areas. After this, we will head to Arrington Vineyards, which is just 2 miles from Delvin Farm. This vineyard was established in 2003 and is famous for its “wine country experience” in the picturesque rolling hills of middle Tennessee. They ship their wine to 35 states from California to Maine and have been featured in restaurants in NYC, New Orleans and across the state of Tennessee. For more information, please visit:
