Note: Leave Request (Requesting Time Off) is for requesting Time Off in the future, NOT the Current pay period. If time was taken off during during current pay period, please enter it on your Leave Report or Timesheet for that period.

Leave Request is for the Next Pay Period and Beyond

  • Example: I need to request off for a family vacation in 2 months; I would request this in advance, outside of the current period 


Leave Report or Timesheet is for the Current Pay Period

  • Example: I took off yesterday for an appointment or an unplanned day during this current pay period. I would enter this on my current Leave Report/Timesheet
