Genome editing via CRISPR-CAS9

We are using CRISPR-CAS9 system for genome editing in soybean and functional genomics research. Seed composition traits and disease resistance are the prime focus of this project as well.

We are using the vectors and protocol provided by Dr Bob Stupar at the University of Minnesota. Here is the link:
