FAVORITES DISAPPEAR:

When Banner users favorite a certain screen (that happens to have a comma in its description), their favorites disappear.

The "Favorites" star puts a record in the GURCTRF table. There is a known defect that if the URL that gets put there has a comma in it, it makes the Search/Favorites fail.

REMEDY:

- In DB, IT staff must remove the record with the comma in it (GURCTRF).
- Banner user must be instructed to NOT Favorite/star the SZRRNOP screen....that's the one with the comma in the description.

NOTE:

The Favorites defect mentioned above was fixed in the 3.5 AppNav release.
