Upcoming Meeting Schedule

November 21 and 22, 2024

The Tennessee State University Board of Trustees will hold its full Board and committee meetings on Thursday, November 21, 2024, and Friday, November 22, 2024, the Farrell Westbrook Complex (“The Barn”) on the University’s Main Campus. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication if necessary. The meetings are scheduled as follows:

Thursday, November 21, 2024*

Ad Hoc Committee (Presidential Search) – 1:00 p.m. CT
Finance Committee – 1:30 p.m. CT
Student and Academic Affairs Committee – 3:45 p.m. CT

Friday, November 22, 2024*

Governance and Governmental Affairs Committee – 8:30 a.m. CT
Audit Committee – 9:00 a.m. CT
Board of Trustees Meeting – 10:30 a.m. CT

Meetings will take place consecutively; and, therefore, meeting start times are approximate.
