Planning & Managing the University's Financial Resources

The Budget Office is a unit of Financial Services within the Division of Business and Finance; and its primary functions are to:

prepare and submit the July and October Budgets to the Tennessee State University Board of Trustees and the Tennessee Board of Regents,
prepare and submit the annual appropriation request to the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, and
provide a variety of budgetary and fiscal services to the various campus departments.
