Computing Resources in Apartments and Residence Halls
Computer Labs
Each residence hall and apartment complex on the TSU campus has computer labs equipped with computers and printers attached to the TSU network. Access to these labs is managed by the residence manager. Please see the residence manager for lab hours.
Telephone, Cable Television, Internet Services
Tennessee State University provides the service connections for telephone, cable television, and Internet access. ALL equipment and cabling to connect to telephone, cable television, and the Internet services is the responsibility of the student. In the event of a loss of service, the outage should be reported to the Help Desk at 7777 or send an e-mail to helpdesk@tnstate.edu. Be sure to include in the subject line the residence hall or apartment and your name. The Help Desk will dispatch someone to determine the nature of the outage.
