Greetings and Welcome to Tennessee State University’s School of Graduate & Professional Studies Website. 

Tennessee State University (TSU) is a comprehensive, urban, co-educational, land-grant institution founded in 1912. The university offers 9 doctoral degree programs, 27 master's degree programs, and 14 certificate programs in areas such as biological sciences, nursing, computer information systems engineering, psychology, agriculture, public administration, curriculum and instruction, educational administration and supervision, and physical therapy. TSU's graduate programs emphasize a worldview informed by multicultural and global perspectives, providing an intellectually stimulating, socially engaging, and scholastically rewarding experience.
