David Mc.A Baker, Ph.D., is a Professor of Hospitality Management in the College of Business at Tennessee State University. He also served as an advisor to the Tourism Division of the nation of St.Kitts/Nevis from 2007 to 2014. Dr. Baker also does consulting work in the tourism field for the Islands of the Caribbean. Before assuming his current position, he worked as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Missouri, an Instructor at Eastern Illinois University and as a Resort Manager of the Frigate Bay Beach Hotel in the Caribbean Nation of St. Kitts/Nevis.
