Helping Students in Distress
Recognizing the Signs

- isolation,
- anxiety,
- display emotional outbursts,
- or withdraw from social activities.
Physical signs could include noticeable changes in energy levels, sleep disturbances, or neglecting personal care. Here are some things you should know when working with students, the crisis protocol, and how to assist.
