Hall Transfer Request
August 20- Sept. 7th
The FALL 2020 Hall Transfer Request period opens August 20, 2020 and closes September 7, 2020. Current students who reside on campus can request to move to another residence facility during this period. The online transfer request form is NOT a housing application. Being that our bed spaces are limited, transfer requests are Not Guaranteed; however, we will take into consideration your 2020-2021 housing app completion date as well as your hall transfer request, when approving transfer requests. This request should be done via the Housing Portal through your MyTSU account.
Students requesting Hall transfers must meet the following criteria:
- Confirmed course registration for the term
- No outstanding student balance for the term
Room changes within the same residence facility, should be requested to your Residence Director.
Please note that the bulk of approved transfer requests will be executed AFTER the final purge.
