Room and Meal Rates
There is a $100 Non-Refundable Prepayments required by all students wishing to reside on campus. Prepayments, like housing contracts, are made for the Academic Year (Fall to Spring), Fall Only or Spring Only, and are not inclusive of summer sessions.
All housing prepayments are non-refundable ; HOWEVER if a payment is made toward housing that begins in the Fall Semester, but the student then chooses to attend in Spring, the student can request the payment be transferred from Fall to the folowing Spring Semester ONLY.

*All On-Campus Residents MUST have a Student Meal Plan if residing in TSU Residence Halls or Apartments during the Academic School Year (Fall through Spring). Certain Meal Plan Restrictions also apply for students based on Residence Hall residency and credit hours completed.
