Program Tuition and Costs

Intensive English Program (IEP):

  • Full-Time Program (Standard Tuition): $2,650.00 per session. Includes the textbook/materials fee (22 hours/week). Students must take all the available classes at their assigned level.
  • Part-Time and Specialized Program Costs: For part-time course tuition (up to 18 hours/week), please refer to the detailed chart below.

Mandatory Fees and Discounts:

  • Activity Fee: $30.00 (Must be paid by all students.)
  • Class Materials Fee (In-State Discount Students ONLY): An additional $50.00 to $150.00 based on the approved discount.

In-State Tuition Discount:

Tennessee residents are eligible for a 50% tuition discount for ESL programs and courses.

NOTE: All in-state discount approvals must be completed and finalized before classes begin to be effective for the current session.

Other Program Fees:

  • Test Prep Course: $295.00
  • IEP & CI (Combined Program): $3,150 (Discounts may apply)
  • Individual Week: $465
  • Tutoring (Per Hour): $60

Payment Deadlines and Late Fees:

  • Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid by Friday before the session begins.
  • Late Fee: A $100 late fee applies for payments received after the deadline.
  • Registration Deadline: The last day to register for any session is the Thursday of the first week of classes.
