** The last day to submit contracts to the Office of the General Counsel for the 2025 calendar year is Friday, December 12, 2025. Contracts received on or before December 12th will be prioritized for review. Please note that this deadline does not guarantee completion of the review process by the end of the year; however, it will allow our office sufficient time to determine our order of review. Please note that all contracts must go through the full contract routing process and be submitted with a Contract Routing Form containing all required approvals. **

The Office of the General Counsel conducts final legal review of contracts and obtains the President’s or designee’s approval and signature. Due to the volume of contracts received by the General Counsel’s office on a monthly basis, the estimated timeframe for completing the review process, including obtaining the President’s signature, is approximately fourteen (14) days for standard TSU contracts and approximately twenty-eight (28) days for non-standard/vendor generated contracts.
