UndergraduateThe following programs are offered: Health Care Administration and Planning (BS)This degree provides students with the basic knowledge, skills, and applied studies needed for entry-level positions in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, physician group practices, nursing homes, home health agencies, consulting firms, pharmaceutical companies, and non-profit agencies, like Red Cross. It can also be the springboard to a graduate program for those seeking higher-level positions. The curriculum includes business aspects of health care organizations, such as finance, management, and marketing, as well as health care planning and policy. Health Information Management | InformaticsFor those interested in healthcare, but don't desire to work directly with patients. Public Health (BS)This degree offers students a broad introduction to the field of public health, preparing them for diverse roles such as health educators, community health workers, and research assistants, as well as for entry into graduate programs in Public Health. Through a comprehensive curriculum that includes health policy, environmental health, biostatistics, epidemiology, and health promotion, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to address disease prevention, promote wellness, and reduce health disparities at local, regional, national, and global levels. Graduates are also well-prepared to pursue certification as Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES).

GraduateThe following programs are offered: Public Health (PhD)The PhD in Public Health equips students with the knowledge and skills to drive meaningful change in population health. The program emphasizes critical analysis, innovative research, and policy development. Graduates are prepared to lead public health initiatives, influence policy, and conduct groundbreaking research that enhances health outcomes worldwide. Public Health (MPH)This degree program gives you the opportunity to effect change by developing skills in understanding health drivers; behavioral, social and cultural factors; environmental health; and policy influences on community health. This degree allows you to step directly into a career after graduation. Courses are offered in both synchronous virtual and/or in-person traditional format. The MPH program requires the completion of 42 credit hours including a field placement, capstone project, and comp exam. It can be completed in two years for full-time students. Graduate Cerificate in Public HealthThe Graduate Certificate in Public Health program provides advanced-level training in core public health areas, with a focus on emergency preparedness, for individuals seeking to enhance their career development. Graduate Certificate in Health Care Administration and PlanningThe Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Administration and Planning is an 18-credit hours program designed to strengthen skills in healthcare management and administration.
