Opened in Fall 2022, the New Housing Facility is TSU’s newest, most versatile residential space, offering a modern and inclusive environment for students of all classifications. This mixed-gender, mixed-use facility combines comfort, convenience, and community in one dynamic living experience.

With a variety of room types—from community-style doubles to private singles, semi-suites, and apartment-style units—students can choose the layout that best fits their lifestyle and academic needs.

Shared Double Rooms include:

  • Traditional dorm room setup:
    • 2 Twin XL beds
    • 2 Wardrobes
    • 2 Desks
    • 2 Chest-of-Drawers
    • Community-style restrooms.

Single Rooms are limited in number, but include:

Apartments are also limited in number, but include:

  • Apartment style setup with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Private Bathrooms, with kitchen and living area:
