Job Title: Assistant Director / Activity Director

Coaching Mindset: After a human’s basic needs, the need for belonging and connection are most important. When I support students through coaching, I try my best to remember that. I believe that coaching is a tool by which students can become all they desire to be. Coaching meets the need for human relationship and care and helps a person accomplish their goals and achieve their full potential through questioning, reflecting, acting, and being held accountable. I am privileged that students share their dreams with me and allow me to partner with them in achieving success. Through our interactions, I want students to learn life skills which they can positively employ for the rest of their lives.
